The Cascades Manor
House provides all food and beverage for your event. However,
specialty cakes are permissable.
The Cascades Manor
House requires a nonrefundable check or cash deposit of $800.00
and a signed and completed booking agreement to secure your selected
date. This amount will be applied to your reception cost.
Three months
prior to your reception date, please call to make an appointment
with the General Manager to plan the menu and other details. Another
deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required.
We allow up to
5 hours for your reception (additional 2 hours allowed if the wedding
ceremony takes place on the premises). Overtime rate is $150.00
per hour.
We are a smoke
free facility.
We require a
minimum of 125 guests to reserve a Saturday evening.
